Applications are being accepted for a postdoctoral researcher to work collaboratively with a dynamic and interdisciplinary research team. The postdoctoral research will be co-advised by Dr. Kuʻulei Rodgers (Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology) and Dr. Keisha Bahr (Texas A&M University Corpus Christi) and work alongside Dr. Ellen Briggs (University of Hawaiʻi) and Dr. Chris Sabine (University of Hawaiʻi) on a collaborative NSF funded project. The goal of this project is to examine the fundamental connections between seawater chemistry and coral physiology by investigating the modulation of seawater chemistry in the microenvironment surrounding corals at the Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology (HIMB) on Moku o Loʻe in Kāneʻohe Bay, Hawaiʻi.
